Diane Cullinan Oberhelman
Chairman
Diane founded Cullinan Properties in 1988 - a full service real estate/development company offering services in residential and commercial brokerage, asset management and construction management, investment services, acquisition services, market analysis, site selection and financial analysis. Cullinan Properties 200 plus employees and independent contractors merged with Coldwell Banker/Devonshire Realty in June 1999 to create a company of 500 people led by Coldwell Banker Cullinan Devonshire. Cullinan subsequently sold the service groups to Devonshire. Diane is currently Chairman of Cullinan Properties, Ltd., which focuses on development, acquisitions and management of commercial real estate. Cullinan Properties, Ltd. is a premier provider of real estate services based in Peoria, Illinois, with offices in Chicago, Illinois, St. Louis, Missouri and Youngstown, Ohio. Through collective resources of specialized professionals and the expertise of strategic partners, Cullinan Properties maximizes clients' results. Currently, they have over 100 employees, including subsidiary companies.
Diane's Board Affiliations have included Chairman, Illinois Development Finance Authority; Illinois Economic Development Board; Lakeview Foundation Board; Member, Multi-Ad Services, Inc. Board of Directors; Peoria Civic Center Authority Board Member; Peoria Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; Susan G. She has been recognized many times over the years. Most recently Diane was honored by the W.D. Boyce Council, Boy Scouts of America as its 2005 Distinguished Citizen. In 2002, she was recognized as one of the "25 Women in Leadership." She received the 1996 Illinois Chamber of Commerce Athena Award, was named a Top Ten Business Leader in Central Illinois in 1996, 40 Leaders under Forty Award winner in 1994 and received the YWCA Leadership Award in 1991. In 1990, Diane was recognized by the Peoria Chamber of Commerce by receiving their Athena Award and was presented the Life Seals of Excellence by Peoria Board of Realtors.
