Leasing
The leasing department handles all aspects of new tenant generation – from searching out prospective tenants and making the initial contact to negotiating and closing the deal. Members of the team prepare all leases, design leasing budgets and materials, work with national and regional brokers, and create marketing and presentation materials for each of Cullinan’s properties on both inline and out parcel transactions.
Before lease finalization, Cullinan’s leasing agents work with Construction Management to satisfy space layout requests and reconfigurations, complete lease outline drawings, and revise lease and site plans for the new tenant. In addition, agents coordinate and estimate landlord work on potential deals, including requesting additional information from the shopping center’s property manager.
Completed lease agreements include a lease approval request, required financial information, Letter of Intent signed by the retailer, and a general recommendation of why the deal should be approved.
