is located in downtown Peoria on the original site of the first Bergner's Department store. One Technology Plaza was developed by Cullinan Properties to fill a void in state-of-the-art, Class A, office space available in downtown Peoria. Encompassing almost one full city block, One Technology Plaza is equipped with state-of-the-art technology designed to meet the needs of businesses well into the future. Consisting of over 154,000 square feet of office and retail space, the $30 million development is positioned in the heart of Peoria's downtown and is ideally located near the world headquarters of Caterpillar, Inc. Cullinan Properties also served as developer of the both private and publicly owned parking deck, which connects to One Technology Plaza.
