Development/Tenant Coordination

The tenant coordination department helps new tenants get open for business quickly, while maintaining the consistency of the shopping center at the same time.  The department’s main goal is to ensure that the quality of the center is maintained through the careful review of each tenant’s store designs from an aesthetic as well as a functional basis.

This is done by reviewing the store design and expediting the construction process of each pending tenant deal, from the inception of the deal until the store opens for business.  Coordinators weigh the physical and financial implications of reconstructing lease spaces to accommodate certain tenant deals.  If a space must be reconstructed, this department makes sure the construction is finished as specified.
