Vice President – Development and Tenant Coordination
As Vice President of Development and Tenant Coordination for Cullinan Properties, Ltd., Stephanie brings in excess of 15 years of construction, administration and project management experience to her position. She is responsible for the oversight of the development and tenant coordination department.
Stephanie is detail oriented and prides herself with organizational skills and positive proactive communication to ensure project fluidity and success. She enjoys being a part of all aspects of a project including acquisition due diligence, conceptual site layouts, schedules and budgets, RFP preparation and solicitation, timely construction and opening and project close-out.
Prior to joining Cullinan, Stephanie was a Construction Project Manager for a Peoria area general contractor. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Bradley University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She also is a member of the Young Professionals Organization of Greater Peoria. Stephanie currently serves as the Town Architect for the Streets of St. Charles and on the Board of Directors for the Streets of St. Charles Community Improvement District (CID).
