Cullinan Properties, Ltd. announced today the addition of Vic Pildes as Senior Vice President – Development, Anchor Leasing. In this role, Pildes will be responsible for development and municipal related activities for new projects in the Cullinan portfolio, assist in the identification of new acquisition opportunities and lead anchor leasing efforts throughout Cullinan’s portfolio.
“Cullinan’s new development pipeline is expanding, including the newly acquired 264 acre site at I-55 and I-80 in Joliet, IL, the Avenue Shoppes, a 250,000 sq. ft. open air lifestyle center located in Peoria (North Metro Phoenix), AZ, as well as our mixed-use development in Waller, TX,” states Christopher M. West, Partner – Chief Operating Officer at Cullinan Properties. “With Vic’s over 25 years of development, project management and leasing experience, he will have an immediate impact on each of these new developments and others.”

In addition, Pildes has served as Vice President at Centrum Partners, Senior Vice President at Westfield and Senior Vice President, Development at JMB/Urban Retail Properties Company. Vic earned his BA in Urban Geography, BS in Architecture and Masters of Architecture with a concentration in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed architect and a member of ICSC.
