Shoppes
at River Hill is strategically located in the growing Northwest section of Topeka. The River Hill area is currently the entertainment and tourist center for Northeast Kansas, with Kansas State Historical Museum, the Kansas River & Kansas Nature Trails and the Governor’s Mansion tourist grounds (known as Cedar Crest) all adjacent to the Shoppes. This area alone sees hundreds of thousands of tourists on an annual basis, while the entire Topeka area attracts millions of tourists annually. Enhancing the draw of Topeka is the Hollywood Theater’s 14-screen theater located at the Shoppes — the only first-run stadium seating theater in Metro Topeka.
The Shoppes at River Hill is easily accessible from Interstate 70, Interstate 470 and Wanamaker Rd. Approximately 55,000 cars travel on I-70 and 36,000 cars on I-470 by the Shoppes at River Hill daily.
