Austin VA Clinic

Located on a 35-acre campus, this 275,000 square foot building is one of the largest free-standing VA outpatient clinic in the country. The multi-specialty clinic provides patient health services for veterans and includes: Primary Care; Cardiology; Neurology; Radiology; Oncology; Eye Care and other medical services. The clinic is located within the area known as the “MetCenter”, Austin’s premier 550-acre mixed-use business park.

Cullinan Properties contracted with Turner Construction and PageSoutherlandPage Architects on the development of the project. Turner Construction, based in San Antonio, TX, was founded in 1902 and today is one of the nation’s leading builders.  PageSoutherlandPage, located in Austin, TX was founded in 1898 and is one of the nation’s most prolific and enduring architectural and engineering practices.

Cullinan Properties developed, owned and managed the facility.  VA acceptance date was February 25, 2013, 75 days early.  VA transition and activation occurred over a period of four months and the first patients were seen July 9, 2013.

Burleson Commons

Burleson Commons is a shopping destination comprised of several retail strip centers and outlots. The center opened in 2008 and is anchored by Premiere Cinemas, a 14-screen, 43,363 s.f. theater and Kroger Marketplace, which opened in the Fall of 2015.

Built in 1993, this 102,769 square foot medical office building is located in Normal, IL. Cullinan Medical 4, LLC acquired the property in 2010. The property, formerly owned by the Carle Foundation, is now leased to OSF HealthCare and is 100 percent occupied.

East Court Village

East Court Village is a 490,697 square foot shopping center anchored by Hobby Lobby, Tractor Supply Co., ALDI, Dunham’s Sports, Gold’s Gym Express and Petco. A significant element of the Peoria/Pekin regional retail market – an area with a population that has swelled to over 312,000, East Court Village is located along busy Illinois Route 9, which connects Pekin to Peoria and Bloomington.

OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute (formerly Heartcare Midwest)

Constructed in 2005 and purchased by Cullinan Properties in 2008, this 87,000 sq ft medical/office building is located on the UnityPoint Health – Proctor campus on Peoria’s near-north side.
