                                    Tenant Relationship Administrator

Cullinan Properties, a leading commercial real estate developer, is seeking a Tenant Relationship Administrator in its East Peoria, IL office to support the company’s retail,  office, and medical properties.  This position will manage lease documentation, tracking, analysis and reporting for our Accounting and Leasing departments.


  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize workload across multiple transactions, set milestones, and track progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of Tenants and Real Estate Partners.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Expert with commercial leasing, concepts and documentation, including the ability to read abstract and interpret leases, operating expense statements, real estate tax statements and related documents a plus
  • Property Accounting and experience with commercial real estate accounting software a plus (MRI, Yardi, etc)
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Communicate with Tenants & Real Estate Partners regarding lease administration, lease/license renewals and the needs of Cullinan’s clients
  • Tenant contact for tenant charges and account balances
  • Assist tenants with lease questions
  • Maintain and organize database and filing systems for a portfolio of commercial office leases
  • Interpret lease language, abstract leases and related documents, track and communicate critical dates and contract requirements
  • Provide administrative and other support for transaction management, lease execution and related processes, including working with external vendors
  • Input new leases into MRI
  • Responsible for rent roll accuracy including lease amendments, extensions, renewals, etc.
  • Coordinate/prepare annual tenant reconciliations for CAM, Tax and Insurance including NNN budgeting
  • Prepare and review lease correspondence, budgets and reports

                 Human Resources & Community Relations Coordinator

Cullinan Properties, a leading commercial real estate developer, is seeking a Human Resources & Community Relations Coordinator in its East Peoria, IL office.  Utilize your talents to provide administrative support to Human Resources and Operations departments.


  • 2-5 years’ experience in human resources or administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resource management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, communication and writing skills with an excellent eye for detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the field of real estate, banking or finance a plus
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work independently

 Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Provide administrative support including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, assembling meeting materials, preparing correspondence, completing & reviewing expense reports, copying/scanning documents
  • Plan and coordinate business travel for managers and job candidates
  • Plan and implement employee team building events
  • Assist with maintenance of employee files and databases
  • Coordinate full cycle recruitment efforts from ad placement to new hire orientation
  • Audit employee files to meet compliance standards
  • Coordinate annual performance review activities
  • Maintain employee out of office and vacation schedules
  • Assist with payroll data entry
  • Assist with annual corporate health insurance program renewal
  • Coordinate donation requests including checks, letters and charting
  • Company event planning
  • Purchase supplies for the corporate office
  • Must act discretely when working with highly confidential Human Resources information
