Burleson Commons

Burleson Commons is a shopping destination comprised of several retail strip centers and outlots. The center opened in 2008 and is anchored by Premiere Cinemas, a 14-screen, 43,363 s.f. theater and Kroger Marketplace, which opened in the Fall of 2015.

Burleson Common’s 32 acre property is located at the intersection of State Highway 174 (Wilshire Blvd) and 731 in Burleson, Texas. East Court Village

East Court Village is a 490,697 square foot shopping center anchored by Hobby Lobby, Tractor Supply Co., ALDI, Dunham’s Sports and Petco. A significant element of the Peoria/Pekin regional retail market – an area with a population that has swelled to over 312,000, East Court Village is located along busy Illinois Route 9, which connects Pekin to Peoria and Bloomington.

East Court Village is home to a line up of national and regional retailers that include Starbucks, Bob Evans, Dollar Tree, Culver’s Restaurant, Applebee’s, Verizon, Firestone, Hometown Bank, Wendy’s, KFC, and Steak N’ Shake. EastPort Commercial Plaza

Germantown Crossing

Only one building pad remains in this highly visible center located on Rt. 116 at the signalized intersection of Woodland Knolls Road. The Levee District

The Levee District at East Peoria Downtown is a vibrant new mixed-use center and major shopping destination for the greater Peoria area. Located at W. This highly visible location 33 miles outside of Chicago is ideally located at the I-80 and I-55 interchange, with an estimated 230,000 vehicles passing daily. Shoppes at Henry Crossing, located in Henry County, is an entertainment/retail center in McDonough, Georgia. The center will benefit from the explosive residential growth on the east side of I-75, a trade area with a population that is over 229% greater than the west side of I-75. This considerably higher population will expose Shoppes at Henry Crossing to more residential development and a higher volume of traffic. The Atlanta Regional Commission forecasted Henry County will lead the ten county metro region in population and employment growth over the next 30 years.
