Janet Frietsch
Human Resources & Community Relations Manager
Janet leads all corporate benefit programs, wellness initiatives, payroll and recruitment efforts for the Cullinan Properties team. Janet works closely with the Vice President of Operations and Marketing to create job descriptions, develop departmental goals and company policies and procedures. She also assists ownership in maintaining relationships with community partners and is responsible for the oversight of Cullinan’s community relations activities. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2002, Janet was an Account Manager for PDC Technical Services, Inc., an environmental engineering firm. There, she was responsible for project accounting, proposal review and preparation of environmental reports for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Janet holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Central College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In her free time, Janet enjoys volunteering in her hometown of Elmwood during their annual Strawberry Festival and Fall Festival and is involved in fundraising efforts for the Elmwood to Peoria St. Jude Run. She also volunteers her time with South Side Mission and Neighborhood House.
