Steven C. Gatton

Steven oversees all aspects of property operations, including supervision of both in-house personnel and third party firms. He coordinates leasing and tenant coordination related activities for the managed properties, and oversees Cullinan Properties’ Information Technology.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2017, Steven served as Finance and Asset Manager for The Staenberg Group, where he led the company on various financial strategies and debt placement for all new and existing projects. His responsibilities also included day-to-day operations and management of all TSG Retail Properties in the Midwest and Eastern United States. Preceding The Staenberg Group, Steven worked for THF Realty, where he managed 17 shopping centers totaling over 3.3 million square feet. He also served as a Senior Financial Analyst at THF Realty and was involved with placing $500 million of structured financing. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Keller Graduate School. He also holds a degree in Business Finance from Lindenwood University.

Steven serves as President of Peoria’s Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Chapter. He also serves on the board for Neighborhood House and is a board member for Mustaches for Kids Peoria, an organization that raises money for children’s charities in Peoria by encouraging men to grow a mustache in April. Steven was also selected to be a part of Senator Chuck Weaver’s 1,000 Pounds Project, an initiative focused on impacting the greatest needs of the Peoria community. He is a graduate of Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce’s 43rd Annual Community Leadership School and currently serves on the Community Leadership’s Planning Committee.  Steven is active in youth sports where he is currently a coach for Peoria FC United and also coaches in Dunlap’s recreational youth baseball sports organization.

Mike Jenkins

Mike manages all departments for Quincy Mall, including marketing, maintenance, security, housekeeping and customer service. His responsibilities also include specialty and seasonal leasing, budgeting, property management, and all marketing and public relations efforts for Quincy Mall.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2013, Mike owned and operated MJ Burton Gifts & Engraving, an upscale engraving gift shop located in Quincy Mall from 1995 to 2013. There, he acquired in-depth knowledge and experience of both Quincy Mall and the entire Quincy community, and an innate understanding of the tenant side of the property management equation. Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Quincy University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Truman State University.

Mike is a member of the Quincy Noon Kiwanis, and has been a long-time coach for and supporter of the Quincy Park District. Mike regularly won accolades for being a top store manager when employed for Things Remembered, prior to opening his own shop.

Andrew Vickers

Andrew oversees Cullinan’s Peoria area properties. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of each property, including vendor management, tenant relations, repair project management and capital improvements. Notable properties include The Levee District, OSF Cardiovascular Institute and North Peoria Associates office building.

He brings over 25 years of construction and property management experience to the team. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2019, Andrew worked for F&W Landscape, Commercial Irrigation & Turf Inc. and Austin Engineering. His responsibilities have included sales/design and management of new construction and service repair projects, coordination of subcontractors and work crews for efficiency of new construction and service repair, budget tracking/reporting, blueprint reading, design and estimating.

Andrew is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and is a licensed Illinois Plumbers Apprentice. He is also currently participating in the East Peoria Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.

Patty Kueneke

Patty is responsible for leasing and sales of existing and new developments at Streets of St. Charles and 625 N Euclid in metro St. Louis, MO, as well as the Shoppes at River Hill in Topeka, KS.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2014, Patty was Vice President and Senior Leasing Broker for Solon Gershman, Inc. There, she had full responsibility for the leasing of major retail properties throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area, as well as implementing the sale of several retail shopping centers. In this role, Patty also worked as a tenant rep with nationally credited tenants such as Dunn Bros. Coffee, CCA Global Inc., Floor Trader, Advance Carpet One, Krispy Kreme and British Petroleum (BP). She was awarded the Top Achiever Award by Solon Gershman in 2008. Preceding Solon Gershman, Patty was owner of Kueneke Properties, Inc. where she developed a commercial brokerage firm that specialized in tenant representation and site selection for nationally credited tenants such as BP/Amoco, Bennigan’s, Family Video and Lion’s Choice. She also served as Business Development Manager for InSite Real Estate Development, LLC, where she developed and implemented strategy for various build-to-suit programs including deals for Blockbuster Video locations throughout 23 states and Canada. Additionally, Patty spent six years with Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, leading the company in new store development. She holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Patty holds a Missouri Real Estate Broker License and is a member of ICSC. She volunteers at the Humane Society, serves meals at the Covenant House and helped organize an on-site library for St. Vincent Home for Children. In 2006 and 2007, Patty received the Retail Power Broker distinction as awarded by CoStar. Earlier in her career, Patty was President of the Woman’s Commerce Association specializing in helping women enter and/or re-join the workforce.
