Janet Frietsch

Janet is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Cullinan Properties’ operations and works closely with ownership on implementing corporate goals, policies, and procedures.  She also leads all corporate benefit programs, wellness initiatives, payroll and recruitment efforts.  Janet brings nearly 20 years of Human Resources management experience to the team.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2002, Janet was an Account Manager for PDC Technical Services, Inc., an environmental engineering firm. There, she was responsible for project accounting, proposal review and preparation of environmental reports for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.

Janet holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Central College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

In her free time, Janet enjoys volunteering in her hometown of Elmwood during their annual Strawberry Festival and Fall Festival and is involved in fundraising efforts for the Elmwood to Peoria St. Jude Run. She also volunteers her time with South Side Mission and Neighborhood House.

Anaise Berry

Anaise leads the Marketing Department, implementing and overseeing Cullinan Properties’ corporate global marketing strategy, as well as consumer and lease marketing efforts for company-owned properties throughout the United States. She also manages public relations and corporate communications for Cullinan Properties, bringing more than 25 years of marketing and management experience to the team.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2015, Anaise most recently served as Executive Director for the Illinois River Road National Scenic Byway, where she led and managed all facets of the non-profit organization for nine years, developing and marketing the Scenic Byway as a community and regional catalyst for tourism, economic development and quality of place. Anaise’s sales and marketing career includes success in numerous industries including banking, healthcare, managed care and tourism. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from North Central College.

Anaise serves on the board of and leads the marketing committee for LifeLine Pilots, an organization that facilitates free air transportation through volunteer pilots for medical and humanitarian needs. She has led her present and past marketing teams to receive numerous awards for innovative and exceptional work and for being a leader in best practices at local, state and national levels.

Nicole Sutherland

Nicole is responsible for implementation of the marketing strategies for projects and developments such as The Levee District, EastPort Plaza, East Court Village and all Peoria office properties. Nicole also manages all aspects of Cullinan Properties’ presence at regional and national industry trade shows including onsite coordination and vendor relations. She brings more than ten years of marketing and event management experience to the team.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2011, Nicole was an Event Manager at the Peoria Civic Center. There, she was an integral part of the Event Services team specializing in exhibit hall, theater, arena and meeting space management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Illinois State University.

Nicole is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is also active in the Peoria community and currently serves as the Vice President of Keep Peoria Beautiful and as a board member of ArtsPartners of Central Illinois and Springdale Historical Preservation Foundation. A graduate of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce’s 43rd Annual Leadership School, she also lends her time to volunteer committees throughout the area. Along with her fellow marketing team members, Nicole has been the recipient of two American Advertising Awards.
