(Peoria, IL August 8, 2012) – Cullinan Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of Kellie Schmidt as Corporate Marketing Manager to the Peoria office. Schmidt, a Central Illinois native, brings thirteen years of marketing and sales experience to the team. Prior to joining Cullinan, Schmidt worked in the insurance industry, in a variety of positions for State Farm Insurance and Humana Inc. At Cullinan, Schmidt will be responsible for the company’s brand presence, in addition to the creation and execution of marketing and communication strategies.
Additionally, Cullinan has promoted Kathleen Cullinan Brill to Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2006, Brill was a Real Estate Agent with WestTown Realty. She has successfully completed over 1,000,000 square feet of transactions with Cullinan Properties, including big box and junior anchor retailers, such as Target, Costco, Gordmans and Hy-Vee, as well as numerous national and regional small shop tenants and restaurants. Brill is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is based out of Cullinan’s Chicago, Illinois office. She is responsible for new development and existing property leasing and sales at properties owned and/or managed by Cullinan Properties, including East Peoria Downtown (East Peoria, IL), Grand Prairie developments (Peoria, IL) and Streets of St. Charles (Metro St. Louis, MO).
Suzanne Williams has been promoted to Senior Real Estate Representative. Williams has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, starting her career as a Leasing Representative with General Growth Properties. Since joining Cullinan in 2008, Williams has successfully closed over 400,000 square feet of transactions with tenants such as DSW Shoes, Dunham’s Sporting Goods, Old Navy, ULTA Beauty and Children’s Place. Williams is responsible for junior anchor and small shop leasing and sales at properties owned and/or managed by Cullinan Properties, including East Peoria Downtown (East Peoria, IL), Quincy Mall (Quincy, IL) and Streets of St. Charles (Metro St. Louis, MO). Suzanne is a member of ICSC.
