Cullinan Properties Announces it will be Relocating its Headquarters to GEM Terrace

– Cullinan Properties is pleased to announce it is relocating its corporate headquarters. Cullinan Properties has purchase 18,320 sq. ft. of space at GEM Terrace Office Condominiums located at 450 North Main St., East Peoria, IL from EM Properties. GEM Terrace is ideally located in the Central Illinois region, with convenient access off of Interstate. The entire building is 26,000 sq. ft. and features steel-frame construction and a glass-curtain wall exterior.

Other occupants of the building include Heritage Bank, Validus Technologies, Legacy Investments Services and Consociate Dansig Group.
