Elekta to Relocate its St. Louis office to Streets of St. Charles
(Peoria, IL, March 1, 2019) – Cullinan Properties, Ltd. announces that Elekta, a Sweden-based medical device company that manufactures, sells, and services cancer treatment solutions, will relocate one of its product supply and support centers from Maryland Heights to Streets of St. Charles in St. Charles, MO. Elekta will occupy approximately 40,000 square feet on the second and third floors of 1450 Beale Street within the mixed-use development. The building, currently under construction, is scheduled to be completed later this spring. Elekta will office more than 100 employees on-site.

The global company’s St. Louis office serves as the location where Elekta’s treatment planning software is developed. A critical component of comprehensive cancer treatment and care, precision radiation therapy can enable treatment of large numbers of cancer cases to improve patient’s quality of life and save lives.

The 60,000 SF mixed-use building was designed by St. Louis architecture firm, Oculus Inc., and the general contractor for the project is Brinkmann Constructors.
