LEASING OFF TO A STRONG START AT CULLINAN’S LOFTS@EUCLID

 

(Peoria, IL, July 14, 2016) – Cullinan Properties has announced that its new loft development in the Central West End, the Lofts@Euclid, is now 50% leased. Renovation of the 150,000 square feet building, located at 625 N. Euclid Avenue, began earlier this year and features 87 loft apartments, a fitness center, indoor parking, a rooftop terrace, and street level retail space with outdoor dining options.

 

The Lofts@Euclid, formerly known as Euclid Plaza, was built in 1910 as the headquarters building for the Langan & Taylor Company. It is one of the largest commercial buildings remaining in the Central West End Historic District, originally designed by the renowned architectural firm of Widman and Walsh.

The Lofts@Euclid building has undergone a complete rehabilitation, including replacement of all systems and transformation of the space into studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The units feature soaring ceiling heights of 12’ or greater, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, designer bathrooms and floor finishes. Large windows, which have also been newly replaced, offer unobstructed views of the city. A massive outdoor rooftop deck is currently under construction, and will include a wet bar, club lounge, big screen television and sound system, pool table, outdoor fire pit, grilling area, hot tub, sun deck and lounge chairs.
